Return Processing Fee (Orders Below ₹1,000)
For eligible returns of products with a purchase value below ₹1,000, the customer agrees to pay a ₹150 return processing fee. The fee is deducted from the refundable amount or collected separately to cover reverse logistics, handling, and inspection.
✓ The ₹150 fee is completely waived if the return is due to an incorrect product delivered by FYXEN, receipt of a damaged/defective item, or any error attributable to FYXEN.
